Murray was born and bred in Pahiatua and moved away in his late teens to complete his building’s apprenticeship in Wellington. Murray met his French wife in London while on his big OE.

Together they lived in Wellington for 25 years where Murray owned and ran a multi-faceted building business before settling down in Himatangi Beach in 2005 to enjoy the beach lifestyle.

Over the years Murray and Marie have enjoyed purchasing and renovating properties and they feel comfortable with the real estate market.

Murray is now retired from the building industry and is 100% focused on real estate.

Marie is originally from France and has lived in New Zealand for the past 39 years.

Marie and her husband were self employed in Wellington for 25 years; Marie ran their successful bakery business in Karori before changing path and getting involved with Property Management first in London then Wellington before joining Property Brokers Management team in various offices for the past 11 years.

Marie Wilton has now turned her sights onto real estate in the wider Himatangi area, a place she has now called home for over 15 years and works in partnership with her husband Murray

Marie enjoys daily walks with her dog along the beach; Marie likes to get involved with the community  she lives in and is a member and secretary of the Himatangi Beach community patrol, she attends the local dance classes  and is a member of the local bookclub.  She also enjoys playing bowls during the summer season.
